Vanessa Casas has been Theatre Administrator for the El Paso Playhouse for four years. She has been involved with the Playhouse for almost ten years. She has been in numerous shows both as an actress and working backstage. Most recently she was seen in the 2007 production of "Nunsense" as Sister Leo. Next up she plays Shelby in the February 2008 production of "Steel Magnolias". Her husband of nine years is currently serving his second term in Iraq and is expected home this summer. Meanwhile Vanessa is enjoying life with her three beautiful children: Katherine age 9, William age 5, and Victoria age 1.
