Erika Moeller has been active in the performing arts nearly all her life, beginning with piano and ballet from a young age, taking on guitar in high school. She joined the Grupo Folklorico Cristo Rey for a brief time during high school, while participating in the Loretto Chamber Choir under the direction of Mr. Bruce Nehring. She continued on with choir after high school when she joined the El Paso Chorale under the direction of Mr. Prentice Loftin. In 2001, she performed with Viva! El Paso under the direction of Mr. Hector Serrano and then again in 2003 under the direction of Mr. Craig Wells. She has also been involved with Shakespeare on the Rocks, the El Paso Mystery Troupe, and the Aardvark Theatre while still located on Texas Ave. For about a year, she headed her own performing arts group entitled M.O.O.D.S.
The El Paso Playhouse has become a second home to her ever since she started helping out with shows in 2007 beginning with "The Hollow". Today, Erika is Secretary to the Board of Directors and participates in almost every show, from acting to working behind the scenes.
